Straight answers

What happens when my 14-day trial ends?+

Your account pauses — nothing is deleted. Pick a plan from Account & Billing and everything is exactly where you left it. No card is taken during the trial, so there is no surprise charge.

Can I cancel? Do I get a refund?+

Cancel anytime from Account & Billing; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we refund it in full. Yearly plans can be refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days.

What happens to my data if I leave?+

Your estimates, clients and quotes stay readable for 12 months after you cancel, and you can export every estimate as a PDF and your client list as a CSV at any time. Email us and we will delete your account on request.

Is there a limit on property measurements?+

No. Every plan — and the free trial — includes unlimited satellite and GPS measurements. No credits, no caps, no per-map fees.

Do my crews see my pricing?+

No. Crew logins see the job sheet only — address, map, slurry recipe, tank loads, photos and notes. Price, margin, materials cost and billing are owner-only.
