Material rates, coverage rates, and labor figures are configurable defaults, not guarantees of supplier pricing or site conditions.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity of employees you invite. Company owners control employee access and data within their company.
Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Stripe. Client payments you collect through Slurry-Works are between you and your client; refunds and disputes are your responsibility as the contractor.
Cancel anytime from Account & Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we refund it in full. Yearly plans can be refunded pro-rata for unused months within the first 30 days. Map-credit packs are non-refundable once a credit has been used. After cancellation your estimates and clients stay readable for 12 months and can be exported (PDF per estimate, CSV client list) at any time.
Slurry-Works is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost bids, underquoted jobs, or project outcomes arising from use of the estimates.
